Our well trained staff is here and will always make each visit a pleasant one. Your initial appointment will consist of a consultation explaining your diagnosis and treatment options. Occasionally, surgery can be performed the same day as the consultation. However, a complex medical history or treatment plan will require an evaluation and a second appointment to provide treatment on another day.
We accept most all insurance plans, although we may not be contracted with your insurance plan. We will be happy to correspond and send billing information to your insurance company.

Oral and maxillofacial surgery requires additional years of hospital-based surgical and anesthesia training after graduation from dental school. As an oral and maxillofacial surgeon, Drs. Rehm and Riggs manage a wide variety of problems relating to the mouth, teeth and facial regions. Drs. Rehm and Riggs practice a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery with expertise ranging from dental implant surgery and wisdom teeth removal to corrective jaw surgery and facial plastic surgery. This also includes techniques designed to rebuild bone structure with minimal surgical intervention and optimal patient comfort. We can also diagnose and treat facial pain, facial injuries and fractures. Trust us when it comes to wisdom teeth removal!
Our team is trained in assisting with Intravenous (IV) Sedation or outpatient general anesthesia in our state-of-the-art office setting. Patients are continuously monitored before, during and after surgery. The surgical team at Greensboro Oral, Implant & Facial Cosmetic Surgery Center is experienced, certified oral and maxillofacial surgical assistants, who assist in administration of IV sedation and surgery. All staff is informed and administrative personnel, trained in implant expertise, well versed in health and insurance policies and is CPR certified.
